JLL Edmonton Industrial and Bronwyn were thrilled to help facilitate the expansion of our client Intelliflex into USA, where they recently leased 171,300 SF in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas! This state-of-the art plant will be dedicated to manufacturing and distributing their proprietary high-density modular AI factories.
